Who can study with us

We want you to know before you pay: as a private academy, we teach people who are already allowed to be in Korea, and online students anywhere.

Can join

You live in Korea

If you hold a residence card (for example a work, family, or long-term residence status), you can usually join any of our classes.

Can join

Working holiday

Working holiday makers often take our evening or morning classes alongside work.

Short courses

Short visit, visa-free or K-ETA

Many visitors take a short course of a few weeks. We can’t extend your stay or give documents for a visa, so plan your course within your permitted stay.

Can join

Outside Korea

Take live 1:1 lessons online with our teachers in Seoul.

Not through us

You need a student visa (D-4)

We’re a private academy and can’t issue D-4 visas. For long-term language study, a university Korean language program is the route.

Need a visa to study long-term?

K-Admission, run by the same team, helps international students apply to university Korean language programs (D-4-1) and degree programs. Once you have your visa, you can still take 1:1 or TOPIK lessons with us.

Check your own status

Visa rules depend on your nationality and status. If you’re unsure whether you can take classes, check with the Korea Immigration Service (call 1345) or HiKorea before you enrol.
